It’s been heartening to receive so much early encouragement for our lead the change initiative since our formal launch in September 2019.

It is great to see senior business leaders prioritise the achievement of better diversity and inclusion among their senior ranks and demonstrate how it can improve senior team effectiveness and decision making, leading to competitive advantage.

The first cohort of senior business leaders are already lining up to lead the change by committing to our 3 asks pledge and help drive greater diversity and inclusion.

We’re delighted that David Hynam at BUPA is one of the first to publicly confirm his commitment. He leads a business of 25,000 people and is in no doubt about the importance of the Initiative.
