Denis is a senior business advisor and NED and Co-Chairs the LACA-lead the change Board.

Denis is also a trustee of the RNLI and is chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Denis is a
senior advisor to a number of private companies and a former governor at the University of the
West of England.

Until 2017, Denis was a Partner and Vice Chairman of Deloitte LLP for over 20 years and held
many leadership roles with the firm.

His roles included serving as a board member (and audit and risk committee) for 8 years and
leading the South West & Wales regional practice for 11 years.

In 2018 Denis was awarded an MBE for services to Women and Equality in Her Majesty’s
Birthday Honours.
