TAKING THE LEAD

The LACA-Lead the change Board has been created to champion diversity and inclusion at the top levels of business in the UK.

Our aim is to build strong, strategic collaborations, identify and engage with senior business leaders as change agents, to encourage them to step up to make a meaningful and measurable difference. We will also promote ideas which make a difference and share best practice.
